Matteo Avramov Giulivi

Co-founder + General Partner

Matteo co-founded Atempo Growth in 2021. He leads the firms investment strategy while originating, assessing and managing transactions, as well as overseeing the overall Atempo Growth platform. After completing more than 50 transactions during his tenure a Kreos Capital (now BlackRock), Matteo brings deep expertise in structuring flexible financing solutions tailored to fast-scaling European tech companies.

Matteo holds a Master's Degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL.

Luca Colciago

Co-founder + General Partner

Luca co-founded Atempo Growth in 2021. He is responsible for guiding the firm's investment strategy, risk framework, and long-term value creation for portfolio companies and investors. With over 30 years' experience investing in growth stage companies across Europe and the US whilst at Kreos Capital (now BlackRock), Noble Venture Finance, GATX Venture Investors. Gemina, and Republic National Bank of New York, he has built a broad and deep track record across technology and tech-enabled sectors, including SaaS, FinTech, logistics, media, and more.

Luca holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from Bocconi University, and holds an MBA from HEC Paris.

Jack Diamond

Co-founder + General Partner

Jack co-founded Atempo Growth in 2021. He leads the firms investment strategy, focusing on long-term value creation for both portfolio companies and investors. With over 10 years' experience in Growth Debt from his tenure at Kreos Capital (now BlackRock), Jack brings deep expertise in capital structuring and sustainable growth for tech-enabled, European businesses, having completed over 70 deals across 15 geographies and multiple tech-enabled sectors.

Jack holds a Law degree from The University of Sheffield, and is a qualified solicitor.

Tina Page

Chief Operating Officer

Tina joined Atempo in 2024, and is responsible for overseeing the company’s operational functions, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence. Prior to joining Atempo Growth, Tina held key leadership positions at MV Credit, a pan-European private credit specialist, where she served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure at MV Credit, Tina played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operations and financial strategies, contributing significantly to its growth and success.

Before her time at MV Credit, Tina served as Financial Director at CapVest, a renowned mid-market private equity firm headquartered in London.

Tina is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Christhi Theiss

Partner

Christhi Theiss joined Atempo Growth in 2025,

Prior to joining Atempo, Christhi led asset-based lending and venture debt investments at BBVA Spark, specialising in financing high-growth Fintech and SaaS/B2B companies . With +20 years of professional experience, Christhi has built a diverse debt and equity investment track record across Tier 1 investment banks, Venture Capital, and as executive advisor to scale-ups in both the US and Europe. His career is defined by a hands-on approach to dealmaking and a commitment to supporting entrepreneurial growth through tailored capital strategies.

Christhi holds a Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the Burgundy School of Business.
